NNCL Frequently Asked Questions Model

Applying for a loan is something you should be careful about, there are going to be questions that you want to ask. With this in mind, we have compiled the top questions we receive.

Feel free to reach out to us directly if the question you need answering is not on this page. We are here and happy to help.

Is there any up front fee?

No, not at all. There is 100% no fee to be paid upfront. The only fee you will be ask to pay is after you have recieved your money and it will only be on the interest you pay on the loan.

Do I need a guarantor?

No, there is no need to provide a guarantor for any loan amount on

How much can I borrow?

The most you can borrow on our site is £3000, the lowest amount you can borrow is £100. The average loan amount requested is £1500

How long have I got to repay the loan?

It depends on how much you borrow. Loans under £1000 need to be repaid within 12 months. Loans between £1000 and £3000 can be repaid over 2 years.

There are no penalties for borrowers who want to make early repayments.

Can I get another loan whilst still making repayments on an existing loan?

We don’t advise people take out another loan whilst they are still paying off an existing loan. This is because we believe that people will end up getting themselves into unnecessary debt. Also, it would harm a credit file. Instead, you are advised to complete payments on the existing loan, and then when this is complete, apply for another one if you so wish. We would never advise for two loans to be running alongside one another, however.

Is a UK company?

We are UK based with UK customer services yes.

Isn’t it illegal to offer loans to people who have bad credit?

We don’t advertise giving loans to people who have bad credit. Instead, we simply say that we will look at every application and make a decision based on numerous factors – as opposed to simply writing an application off because of previous poor financial management. If you read through the ‘bad credit’ section on our website, you will see that we simply say that every application will be judged on merit. There’s nothing wrong with that. We still exercise responsible lending, as do our associate lenders.

It says that I will receive my loan money within minutes, yet I applied an hour and a half ago and I still have nothing in my account. Has the lender changed their mind?

If you have been approved for a loan, that will be the lender’s final decision. They will not change their mind after that. You have still been accepted. Whilst we endeavour to get money to your account within the timeframe specified on our website, there may have been difficulties with processing. As you have waited so long, you would be advised to check with your lender with regards when the money will be arriving.

Is my application 100% sure to be approved?

No, unfortunately not. Although there are NO credit checks performed. There are anti fraud and anti money laundering checks.

There are also affordability checks that need to be completed, this is an automated process and runs 24 hours a day. If you tell us that you are spending more each month on bills than what you are receiving as an income, you won't be approved as you won't be able to afford the repayments.

Please remember we will NEVER cold call you

and ask for money before giving you a loan. It is always fraudsters pretending to be us, don't pay them anything.
